While technical guidelines exist, coffee tasting is an equation of shifting variables. Consider the sheer number of factors influencing a single extraction: you can harvest beans from the exact same plot of land, yet end up with an entirely unique story in the cup depending on the touch. To navigate the noise, we have to establish permanent reference points.

We will gather around the table to take a bird's-eye view of our senses. This session, we bypass abstract jargon and isolate the core elements of coffee architecture—Aromatics, Acidity, Body, and Sweetness—using a live, physical fruit calibration to bridge your taste instincts with precise English vocabulary.

This is an in-person, phone-free meeting crafted for practicing English through hands-on sensory analysis and peer-to-peer discussion. There are no grammar drills and no whiteboards. Just curated extractions, custom printed zines, and real conversation.

THE BASELINE: No perfect accents or advanced grammar needed, as long as you are comfortable holding a basic conversation in English.

IT INCLUDES:

The Sensory Comparison Flight: A side-by-side tasting of two distinct, contrasting single-origin coffee profiles designed to expose different flavor structures.

The Raw Reference Board: A curated selection of physical raw ingredients to actively align our palates and test tasting notes live.

Physical Toolkit: Printed A6 Session Notes, designed to map out our sliding scales without digital distractions.

The Experience: A 90-minute, phone-free sensory sandbox alongside a small, intimate group of fellow professionals and enthusiasts.
